Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives, in particular to a titanium dioxide doped high-weather-resistance modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive for boards and a preparation method thereof. In the reaction process of the adhesive, nitrogen gas is introduced to remove oxygen gas, so that the interference of the oxygen gas is eliminated, the polymerization efficiency is improved, and residues of formaldehyde monomer are reduced; meanwhile, the whole reaction process is carried out in water bath, so that the whole reaction system is uniformer in heating, higher in reaction efficiency and few in monomer residues; a composite paste containing materials such as yttrium-containing sol, nano titanium dioxide and the like is added in the reaction process in steps, so that the prepared adhesive is high in bonding strength, stable in form, resistant to weather and ageing, unlikely to crack and lose efficacy, low in free formaldehyde content, environmentally-friendly and efficient. |
