Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical industry, and particularly relates to a novel refining and purification method of N-acylamino acid. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the N-acylamino acid is synthesized through a conventional condensation reaction; 2, most of ethyl alcohol in liquid subjected to the condensation reaction is removed through vacuum distillation; 3, an organic phase is separated from a water phase through acidification, and by means of cooling, the N-acylamino acid and water are made to form dispersion liquid; 4, water in the dispersion liquid is removed through a diaphragm filter press, dispersing and washing are conducted through water of which the mass is equal to that of materials, filtration is conducted through a filter, dispersing and washing are repeatedly conducted in this way for 3-5 times, drying is conducted, and high-purity N-acylamino acid solid powder is obtained. According to the novel refining and purification method of the N-acylamino acid, the problems that in the prior art, the purification effect is poor, the efficiency is poor, products are prone to yellowing, and by-products can be produced through part products and solvent can be effectively solved. |
