Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a telescopic dual-induction hanging disc for feeding materials. The telescopic dual-induction hanging disc comprises a rotary disc, a first main sensor and a second main sensor, wherein a plurality of telescopic hook assemblies are uniformly arranged at the periphery of the rotary disc; each telescopic hook assembly comprises a connection arm, a telescopic cylinder, a hook and a secondary sensor; the first main sensor and the second main sensor are additionally fixed and are incapable of rotating along the rotary disc; the first main sensor and the second main sensor respectively correspond to the hook and the secondary sensor of the current station. The telescopic dual-induction hanging disc for feeding materials is suitable for carrying and feeding materials in the production process of suspensible products such as ring-shaped products and chain-shaped products; the hooks can be driven and adjusted by the telescopic cylinders; the production efficiency of the products is improved; the hanging disc is automatically controlled; namely, when the hanging disc rotates by one station, the telescopic cylinders are subjected to telescopic movement for one time; meanwhile, each pair of current hooks hangs one material, so that the first main sensor receives induction signals for one time and controls the rotary disc to rotate by one station. |
