The invention relates to zipper production equipment, in particular to a device for automatically separating a semi-finished product zipper puller. The device comprises a front-end conveying mechanism, a separating and grinding mechanism and a rear-end conveying mechanism, wherein the front-end conveying mechanism comprises a front-end conveyor belt; the separating and grinding mechanism comprises a hexagonal separating barrel and a square separating barrel; the hexagonal separating barrel is mounted in the square separating barrel through a bearing; through holes are formed in the barrel wall of the hexagonal separating barrel; the square separating barrel is hinged with a turnover air cylinder through a connecting rod; and a discharge hole in the bottom of the square separating barrel is connected with a grinder through a collecting funnel. The device for automatically separating the semi-finished product zipper puller can automatically separate the cast semi-finished product zipper puller; by virtue of grinding, the product surface finish degree is improved and production efficiency is improved.
