Novel SPD film material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the field of thin film materials, and concretely discloses a novel SPD film material and a preparation method thereof. The novel SPD film material comprises two layers of a transparent ITO film material as a conductive material, and a polymer liquid crystal mixed material arranged between the two transparent ITO conductive films; and the polymer liquid crystal mixed material comprises 10-79.99wt% of liquid crystals, 20-70wt% of a curing agent and 0.01-30wt% of a synergist. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out high-speed stirring on the polymer liquid crystal mixed material until uniformity, coating the transparent ITO conductive films with the uniform material, carrying out precise rolling, carrying out ultraviolet curing, and rolling up to prepare the finished SDP film material. The preparation method of the novel SPD film material greatly reduces the production manufacturing cost, and is in favor of filling the gap in the technical field of domestic SPD film materials.
