The invention belongs to the field of cigarette case packaging and particularly relates to a packaging device of a chip packaging machine. The packaging device comprises a workbench, a first portal frame, a second portal frame, and a connection piece through which the first portal frame and the second portal frame are connected. The first portal frame and the second portal frame are arranged on the workbench side by side. The first portal frame and the second portal frame each comprise two supporting legs and a cross beam connected with the two supporting legs. The workbench is provided with a first slide groove. The bottoms of the supporting legs are provided with convex blocks matched with the first slide groove in shape. The convex blocks are clamped in the first slide groove. Second slide grooves are formed in the cross beams. Sliding plates are arranged in the second slide grooves in a clamped manner. Packaging molds and cylinders driving the packaging molds to move are arranged on the sliding plates. The position of the packaging device is adjusted by moving the packaging molds, disassembly and assembly are not needed, and the adjustment step is simplified.
