Lamp welding machine and welding method

The invention discloses a lamp welding machine. The lamp welding machine comprises a lamp holder conveying device and a cross bar conveying device, and further comprises an alignment device for aligning the lamp holder and the cross bar, and a welding device for welding the lamp holder and the cross bar, and the alignment device comprises a lamp holder aligning device connected with the lamp holder conveying device, and a cross bar aligning device connected with the cross bar conveying device. The lamp holder is conveyed to the position of the lamp holder aligning device automatically by using the lamp holder conveying device, the cross bar is automatically conveyed to the position of the cross bar aligning device by using the cross bar conveying device, after the lamp holder aligning device and the cross bar aligning device receive the lamp holder and the cross bar respectively, the received lamp holder is aligned with the cross bar, the alignment can be performed through a preset position, and after the alignment, the welding device is used for welding and fixing to the lamp holder and the cross bar. The invention further discloses a welding method using the lamp welding machine.
