On-line monitoring system for welding quality of electric resistance welding machine

The invention provides an on-line monitoring system for the welding quality of an electric resistance welding machine. The on-line monitoring system comprises a power supply module, a data collection module, a digital processing module, a communication module, a welding machine control mainboard and a welding machine switch.
