Zusammenfassung:A grooving process for a stand pipe includes the following cutting steps that 1, a U-shaped groove is calibrated on the upper portion of the stand pipe, and then the center of a U-shaped groove scribing template is placed on the center calibrated position of the U-shaped groove so that scribing can be carried out; 2, a pipe cutting machine is placed on a grooving device to complete cutting preparation; 3, cutting is carried out along a U-shaped groove perpendicular cutting line of the scribing template, and the pipe cutting machine is adjusted upwards when the semicircle intersection of the U-shaped groove is cut until the whole circle of U-shaped vertical face of the stand pipe is cut; 4, cutting is carried out along U-shaped groove transition fillets on the two sides of the U-shaped groove cutting line, and then cutting is carried out along a semicircular cutting line on the lower side of the U-shaped groove until the whole circle of U-shaped groove transition billets and a U-shaped groove semicircle of the stand pipe are cut; and 5, the step 1 to the step 4 are repeated until the U-shaped groove of the stand pipe is cut.
