Aluminum fixing device of aluminum material cutting machine

The invention belongs to the field of aluminum material machining equipment and particularly relates to an aluminum fixing device of an aluminum material cutting machine. The aluminum fixing device comprises an aluminum fixing platform and a cutting machine baffle. The aluminum fixing platform and the cutting machine baffle are each provided with a cutting groove for a cutting blade to pass through. The corresponding cutting groove divides the aluminum fixing platform into a front platform section and a rear platform section. The aluminum fixing device is characterized in that the aluminum fixing device further comprises at least two servo electric cylinders, and the servo electric cylinders are mounted on the front platform section and the cutting machine baffle respectively; each servo electric cylinder comprises a screw rod which is connected with a clamping block used for fixing aluminum materials; a feeding belt is mounted between the front platform section and the cutting machine baffle, a discharging belt is mounted between the rear platform section and the cutting machine baffle, and the feeding belt and the discharging belt have the same horizontal height. The aluminum fixing device of the aluminum material cutting machine is used for achieving the three actions of placing, fixing and taking away the aluminum materials in manual operation; thus, labor-hour waste is reduced, and the problem that the production efficiency is low in batch cutting of the aluminum materials is solved.
