Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of cutting cutters, and specifically relates to an alloy high-smoothness-surface milling cutter. The alloy high-smoothness-surface milling cutter comprises a cutter seat, and a plurality of blades arranged on the cutter seat, wherein the blades are circular blades and are detachably mounted on the cutter seat; the front surface of each blade is an inwards-concaved surface and is in bevel transition with a cutting edge; secondary cooling channels which are distributed to form an umbrella shape are arranged in the blades; one end of each secondary cooling channel extends to the corresponding front surface and a spraying hole is formed in the corresponding front surface; a bulge through which the spraying direction can be toward the corresponding cutting edge is arranged at one side, close to the corresponding cutting edge, of each spraying hole; the other end of each secondary cooling channel is converged and communicates with a main cooling channel; a main cooling liquid channel is arranged at an axis of the cutter seat; a secondary cooling liquid channel which is connected to the corresponding blade is arranged on the main cooling liquid channel at a position at the front end of the cutter seat; a rubber joint of the secondary cooling liquid channel is embedded at the corresponding blade and communicates with the main cooling channel.
