Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a machining method of a tube union and tube seat integrated header. The machining method is characterized in that a three-axis numerical control machine tool is adopted for machining, and the following steps are orderly carried out: establishing a blank model of the header and a part model according to sizes of a header blank and parameter sizes of parts in a modeling module of a three-dimensional software UG, respectively, importing the blank model of the header and the part model into a CAM module of the three-axis numerical control machine, setting an original point of machining, regarding tube unions having the same radial angle as one group and performing machining programming on various groups of tube unions in sequence; and generating linked cutter locus programs of the three-axis numerical control machine tool in a cavity milling manner, respectively, and generating a machining program by calling corresponding after-treatments according to a machine tool control system, etc.; as a result, the machining of all tube unions on the surface of the header is completed. The machining method of the tube union and tube seat integrated header realizes numerical control machining of the tube union and tube seat integrated header by effectively utilizing the common three-axis numerical control machine tool instead of a machining manner adopting a six-axis linked machine tool; as a result, the production cost of workpiece manufacturing is greatly reduced without reducing the efficiency and accuracy of machining. |
