The invention discloses an operating table for the neurosurgery department. The operating table comprises a bed plate. Bed legs are fixed to the four corners at the bottom end of the bed plate, a slide rail is formed in the bed plate and movably connected with a fixing and supporting device through a slider fixed to the supporting and fixing device, the fixing and supporting device comprises a back fixing plate, a head fixing plate is fixed to the top end of the back fixing plate, shoulder fixing plates are fixed to the left side and the right side of the head fixing plate, the left side wall and the right side wall of the back fixing plate are fixedly provided with arm fixing plates through rotating shafts, leg fixing plates are fixed to the bottom end of the back fixing plate, foot fixing plate are fixed to the bottom ends of the leg fixing plates, locking straps are arranged on the back fixing plate, the leg fixing plates and the foot fixing plates, rollers are fixed to the bottom ends of the foot fixing plates through rotating shafts, and a heating device is further arrange in an inner cavity of the back fixing plate. The operating table is simple in structure and higher in practicability.
