Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a pickling barrel capable of rotating. The pickling barrel is characterized in that a sealing opening is formed in the side wall of the pickling barrel; rotating shafts are arranged at two ends of the pickling barrel, and are positioned on fixed bases; and fixing claws are arranged on side walls of the pickling barrel. When the pickling barrel is used, the fixing claws are pulled up and supported against the fixed bases, the sealing opening of the pickling barrel can be arranged upward, the sealing opening is opened, pickles and pickling liquid are added into the pickling barrel, and the sealing opening is closed; when the pickles are pickled for a certain period, and the position of the pickles is required to be regulated, the fixing claws are attached to the wall of the pickling barrel, rotating grips are started to rotate the pickling barrel; and when the pickling barrel is rotated to a set position, the fixing claws are pulled up and supported against the fixed bases. The pickling barrel is simple in design and convenient to use, can be used for conveniently regulating the position of pickles according to requirements, and has a good pickling effect and popularization values.
