Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method for a deodorized silkworm pupae, comprising the following steps of (1) performing cleaning and immersion treatment on the silkworm pupae; (2) drying the treated silkworm pupae at 30 to 40 DEG C; (3) performing deodorizing treatment on the silkworm pupae for 2 to 3 hours by adopting an ozonator, and arranging the silkworm pupae in a monolayer manner when treating, wherein the ozone concentration is 400 to 800mg/m ; (4) performing spray processing on the front and the back of the silkworm pupae by using 50 degree or more white spirit, and draining after completing the spray processing; (5) performing vacuum package and irradiation treatment to obtain the deodorized silkworm pupae. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, live and fresh silkworm pupae can be treated, deodorization is realized, and no odor exists; a preservative is not used, the expiration date is long, and the product quality meets a food standard.
