Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a chromosome doubling method for wheat haploid test-tube plants. The chromosome doubling method comprises the following steps: adding colchicines or a colchicines solution onto the surface of a culture medium on which haploid plants grow, and processing to obtain doubled haploid plants so as to realize chromosome doubling of the haploid plants. Experiments show that the chromosome doubling method not only is efficient, simple, feasible and environment-friendly, and is universal in wheat haploid plants doubling effect but also reduces the pollution potential of colchicines, and therefore has significance on researches of wheat and wheat gene engineering improvement by the cell engineering approach.
