Zusammenfassung:Provided is an interval interplanting method for watermelons and vegetables. The method comprises following steps of: 1), utilizing vegetable gardens or open spaces to vegetables to be inter-planted for seedling growing before about 15 days of the mature period of crop watermelons in early spring; 2), shoveling watermelons seedlings immediately and deeply ploughing soil after a first crop of watermelons is finished picking up, applying 200kg of base fertilizers to per mu and transplanting cultivated vegetable seedlings to the land; 3), keeping soil relatively moist during the growth period of vegetables and watering in case of drought and draining water in rainy seasons and keeping soil moist after a mature period; 4), preventing and controlling pests and diseases in case of consecutive rainy days during the growth period and adopting the preventing and controlling method of timely draining accumulated water, spraying bactericides and disinfectants to leaf surfaces after rainy seasons and stopping spraying before a week in public; and 5) marketing during wheat harvesting period. A large number of migrant workers return villages during wheat harvest so that the demand for vegetables is enormous. Watermelons and vegetables are sold at high price. The profit of one crop of vegetables is as much as the that of last crop of watermelons. Therefore, income of farmers is increased.
