The system for controlling the nuclear medicine radioactive wastewater treatment comprises a wastewater inlet system, a qualified water draining system, three groups of decay tanks and a detecting system, wherein the wastewater inlet system is formed by a water inlet pipe and electric disc valves; the qualified water draining system is formed by a water draining pipe, two groups of draining pumps and electric disc valves; the decay tanks are communicated with the wastewater inlet system and the qualified water draining system; the detecting system is formed by a pipeline, an electromagnetic valve and a detecting tank; the electromagnetic valve controls the pipeline to be communicated with the decay tanks; the detecting system is used for detecting wastewater in the decay tanks. By adopting the system, the method and the device, provided by the invention, treatment on radioactive wastewater can be realized, so that drained water can meet the national emission standard.
