Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an airport ground intelligent command and dispatching system and method. The method includes the following steps that: a mobile terminal receives issued dispatching task information and completes dispatching of airport production personnel and reports task progress information; a vehicle-mounted terminal receives issued dispatching task information and completes dispatching of airport vehicles and reports vehicle location information; a dispatching client ends receives issued scheduling task information and completes dispatching of airport service resources and reports service resource dispatching progress information; a command and dispatching center generates different dispatching task information according to flight information, service personnel information and service equipment information stored in a database, and issues the dispatching task information to the mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the dispatching client end respectively; and various kinds of production work information reported by the mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the dispatching client end is received, and statistical analysis is performed on the information. With the airport ground intelligent command and dispatching system and method of the invention adopted, intelligent command and dispatching of related departments and operating personnel for airport ground guarantee can be realized, and collaborative work level and efficiency of various kinds of units can be improved. |
