Airport ground intelligent command and dispatching system and method

The method includes the following steps that: a mobile terminal receives issued dispatching task information and completes dispatching of airport production personnel and reports task progress information; a vehicle-mounted terminal receives issued dispatching task information and completes dispatching of airport vehicles and reports vehicle location information; a dispatching client ends receives issued scheduling task information and completes dispatching of airport service resources and reports service resource dispatching progress information; a command and dispatching center generates different dispatching task information according to flight information, service personnel information and service equipment information stored in a database, and issues the dispatching task information to the mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the dispatching client end respectively; and various kinds of production work information reported by the mobile terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal and the dispatching client end is received, and statistical analysis is performed on the information.
