The two-dimension code scanning self-parking system comprises an intelligent parking big data center, an intelligent parking stall management terminal, a parking management system, and a two-dimension code scanning entrance guard. The invention also discloses a two-dimension code scanning self-parking method oriented to unattended operation. The method comprises the following steps that the intelligent parking big data center receives a parking reservation request given by a personal mobile communication device and current positional information; the intelligent parking big data center pushes an available parking stall to a user according to the user position; the intelligent parking big data center receives order information confirmed by the personal mobile communication device, generates a personal parking two-dimension code, and sends the personal parking two-dimension code to the personal mobile communication device and a parking management system; the entrance guard records user arriving information when a first-time entrance guard opening request is sent; the entrance guard is opened when a second-time entrance guard opening request is sent; after the user leaves a parking lot, the entrance guard records user leaving information and the intelligent parking big data center updates the states of parking stalls.
