The problem that the load calculation result obtained in the conventional flight load design method of an interior cabin door is not fine and accurate enough is solved. The aircraft interior cabin door load design method comprises the following steps: performing maneuvering process simulation on the aircraft, and acquiring the time history data of motion parameter change in the aircraft maneuvering process; determining a severe load calculation state of the aircraft; and performing cabin load calculation through a CFD calculation method based on the time history data of motion parameter change in the flight process and the severe load calculation state, thereby obtaining fine and accurate cabin door load.
