Portable insulator zero-value overhead testing device

The device comprises an insulation shell, as well as a master control chip, a high frequency transformation circuit, a sampling resistance circuit, an A/D converter, a liquid crystal display module and a voice broadcasting module which are arranged in the insulation shell, wherein the control signal output end of the master control chip is connected into the input end of a detected insulator via the high frequency transformation circuit, and the output end of the detected insulator is connected into the input end of the sampling resistance circuit; the output end of the sampling resistance circuit is connected into the input end of the master control chip; the video-audio signal output end of the master control chip is connected into the liquid crystal display module and the voice broadcasting module via the A/D converter; and a tightness-adjustable fixing band is arranged on one side of the insulation shell. The device can be used for testing while moving, and is convenient and safe to operate.
