The invention relates to a foldable electronic scale which comprises a base. A groove is arranged in the upper surface of the base. A left weight measuring device and a right weight measuring device in linkage with the left weight measuring device are arranged at the two sides of the groove on the upper surface of the base respectively. The internal of the groove is hinged with a plate body. The top end of the plate body is fixedly connected with a backlight display which is used for displaying measurement data of the left weight measuring device and the right weight measuring device. The inside plate body is fixedly connected with a power supply device. A solar battery which is used for charging the power supply device is fixedly connected with the side wall of the plate body. A power supply cover which is convenient to mount and dismount the power supply device is arranged on the inner side wall of the plate body. According to the foldable electronic scale, the solar battery and the backlight display are arranged on the foldable plate, so that the solar conversion rate of the solar battery is improved, and is convenient for people to observe the measurement data.
