Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to high-strength structural steel for forklift portals and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength structural steel for the forklift portals and the preparation method thereof aim to solve the problem that existing structural steel for the forklift portals is low in yield strength, tensile strength and rigidity. The chemical components of the high-strength structural steel for the forklift portals are composed of, by weight, C of 0.17-0.25%, Si of 0.30-0.60%, Mn of 1.20-1.60%, P smaller than or equal to 0.025%, S smaller than or equal to 0.025%, Nb of 0.08%, V of 0.04-0.1% and the balance iron and micro impurities. The preparation method comprises the steps of molten iron pre-desulfurization; converter smelting; LF refining; rectangular blank continuous casting; rolling. The high-strength structural steel for the forklift portals and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the yield strength, the tensile strength and the rigidity of the structural steel for the forklift portals are improved.
