Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing systems for low-alloy high-strength pipeline steel plates, and relates to a manufacturing system for a thick pipeline steel plate with excellent low-temperature toughness. The manufacturing system comprises molten iron KR desulfuration treatment equipment connected with a desulfuration converter device. The desulfuration converter device is connected with CAS-OB refining equipment connected with an LF and RH external refining device. The external refining device is connected with a large slab continuous caster. The large slab continuous caster is connected with a stepping beam type slab heating furnace connected with a rough rolling device. The rough rolling device is connected with a cooling device. The cooling device is connected with a reversible finishing mill. The finishing mill is connected with a straightening device. According to the technical scheme, the bottleneck that super-thick (35 mm) pipeline steel is poor in crack arrest toughness, and consequently the further improvement of the quality levels of domestic and oversea pipeline products is limited is broken through. |
