Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a squeezing method for peanut oil. The method comprises dividing peanut kernels into A portion, B portion and C portion according to the weight ratio of 1:4:2; putting the A portion in a 40 DEG C environment and performing hot-wind drying to enable the water content to be less than 10%, putting the B portion in a 55 DEG C environment and performing hot-wind drying to enable the water content to be less than 8%, and frying the C portion at a temperature of 85 DEG C or less to enable the water content to be less than 5%; and then crushing the A portion, the B portion and the C portion, refrigerating, and then performing squeezing and filtering, so as to obtain the peanut oil. By using the squeezing method for the peanut oil, the oil yield can reach 47-48%, and multitime squeezing is not needed. |
