Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-situ reinforcing and toughening urea resin moulding compound and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method is characterized by comprising the steps that 0.01-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol is taken, dissolved into distilled water for 3 h at the temperature of 95 DEG C, prepared into a 5-20% water solution and cooled to the room temperature for use; the temperature of a reaction kettle is controlled to be 20 DEG C-80 DEG C, methanal, a polyvinyl alcohol water solution and 0.1-20 parts of toughening agent are placed into the reaction kettle and fully stirred to react for 10-100 min, then 41-62 parts of urea are added, the mixture is stirred to react for 10-120 min, then 0.3-2.5 parts of lubricating agent, 5-50 parts of crop fiber powder or methyl cellulose, and 0.1-2 parts of curing agent are added, after the mixture is fully mixed uniformly, the reaction kettle is closed, vacuum is started, the mixture enters a kneading and vacuum drying stage, the temperature of the reaction kettle rises to 60 DEG C-95 DEG C, the mixture is kneaded and dried for 60-300 min, and then vacuumizing, cooling and smashing are carried out, so that the reinforcing and toughening urea resin moulding compound is prepared. |
