Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a preparing method of a surfactant for stripping compatibility-controllable oxidized graphene. The preparing method includes the steps that styrene monomers, methyl acrylate and polyether macromonomers are copolymerized in a free radical polymerization mode, and amphipathicity surfactant molecules of comb-shaped structures are obtained after sedimentation treatment and drying treatment. The preparing method has the main advantages that the preparing technology of the surfactant is simple, the process is easy to control, the environment-friendly effect is achieved, industrial popularization is facilitated, and the compatibility of benzene ring structures in planar repetition hexatomic-carbon-ring base bodies and styrene repetitive units of the oxidized graphene is fundamentally used.
