The invention discloses a device for preparing high-purity and high-dissolvability molybdenum trioxide with industrial molybdic acid. The device comprises a raw material bin, a feeding machine, a material-storage transition device, an electrical heating revolving furnace, a pulverizer and a finished product storage tank, the raw material bin is connected to the material-storage transition device through the feeding machine, the material-storage transition device is communicated to one end of the electrical heating revolving furnace, the other end of the electrical heating revolving furnace is communicated to the pulverizer, the finished product storage tank is connected to the bottom of the pulverizer, and a supplementary air inlet communicated with the interior of the pulverizer is formed in the side wall of the pulverizer. By means of the device, industrial molybdic acid raw materials are subjected to multistage heating through a multistage heating area of the electrical heating revolving furnace, molybdic acid is decomposed, decontaminated and oxidized sufficiently, and molybdenum trioxide with the purity being over 99.95% is finally obtained.
