The side, away from the containing sleeve, of the movable plate is provided with a first nut in threaded connection with the large shaft body. A plurality of first wire holes are evenly distributed in the movable plate. The coil clamping device is located between the fixed plate and the containing sleeve. The side, away from the coil clamping device, of the fixed plate is provided with a second nut in threaded connection with the small shaft body. A plurality of second wire holes are evenly distributed in the fixed plate. The coil clamping device comprises a clamping plate and a clamping rod.
