Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-adaption automatic material feeding device. The self-adaption automatic material feeding device comprises a human body scanner, an IPC (Industrial Personal Computer), a material detection mechanism and a material conveying mechanism, wherein the human body scanner is used for obtaining the 3D (Three Dimensional) human body data of workers and transferring the 3D human body data to the IPC; the IPC is used for selecting material feeding height meeting human-machine characteristics for each worker according to the 3D human body data of the workers; the IPC first controls the material detection mechanism to enable an opposite-type photoelectric sensor to move to the material feeding height, and then controls the material conveying mechanism to enable a material plate to rise; and when material on the uppermost layer of the material plate is detected by the opposite-type photoelectric sensor, the material plate stops rising, and material feeding is finished. Compared with the prior art, the self-adaption automatic material feeding device has the following advantages: the device can select the material feeding height meeting the human-machine characteristics for each worker according to the 3D human body data, and the material is sent to the corresponding material feeding height, so that workers can get the material conveniently and comfortably without bending over.
