Steering column assembly

The invention aims at providing a steering column assembly. When an automobile has a crash, the steering column assembly can fall off downwards according to a preset direction, so that the injury caused by the steering column assembly to a driver is reduced. The steering column assembly comprises a steering column body with a collapse structure, a steering column bracket and an instrument cross beam mounting bracket; the steering column bracket is connected with the instrument cross beam mounting bracket through a pull-off block and an injection-molding pin; the steering column assembly is characterized in that the steering column bracket is provided with an extruded guide column; an anti-falling part is arranged at the top end of the guide column; the instrument cross beam mounting bracket is provided with a guide slot parallel to the axial direction of the steering column body; the guide column is inserted into the guide slot and can move along the guide slot; the width of the anti-falling part is greater than that of the guide slot. When a vehicle has a crash which leads to collapse of the steering column body, by the matching of the guide column, the anti-falling block and the guide slot, the steering column body can be limited to only move stably along the axial direction of the steering column body.
