Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a vehicle power transmission system and a vehicle having the power transmission system. The power transmission system comprises a differential device, a main decelerator driven gear, two first electric generators, a generator power output shaft and an engine, wherein each differential device power output end is respectively connected with corresponding wheels via a half shaft; the main decelerator driven gear is mounted on the differential device; each first electric generators coaxially covers the corresponding half shaft; the main decelerator driven gear is mounted on the generator power output shaft; the two first electric generators are respectively in cooperated transmission with the generator power output shaft; and a clutch device is arranged between the engine and the differential device. Two sides of the differential device of the power transmission system are respectively provided with one first electric generator, so a gravity center of the power transmission system falls in the center of a vehicle axle; and the two first electric generators can adjust each other, so the motor is remained at an excellent work range and transmission efficiency can be improved.
