The high-strength wear-resisting aluminum-based powder metallurgy bearing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of aluminum, 5-8 parts of zinc, 3-4 parts of calcium, 1-2 parts of magnesium, 0.5-1 part of sulfur, 3-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 0.8-1.5 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.6-1 part of methyl cellulose, 1-1.5 parts of graphite, 1-1.4 parts of polyethylene, 0.4-0.6 part of coal cinder powder, 0.4-0.5 part of boron nitride and an appropriate amount of oleic acid; the metallurgy material prepared according to the present invention has the characteristics of good self-lubricating property, high running-in property, low friction coefficient, high bearing capability and the like, and is capable of pushing the development of modern bearing materials towards high strength, wear resistance, low noise and low oil consumption. |
