A replaceable punch is arranged on the punch fixing base. During machining, the corresponding punch is mounted on the punch fixing base, then the pipe sleeve core post is sleeved with a metal pipe, and hole punching can be carried out. According to the process, the hole punching speed is high, and efficiency is higher. Operation is simple, hole punching operation can be completed by only rotating the handle, and the process can adapt to punching machining of holes of different sizes.
