The equipment comprises a lower template, an upper template, a male die, a female die, a detaching ring, a limiting plate, an adapting nozzle and a ventilation pipe, wherein the upper template is connected to the upper side of the male die; a ventilation path is arranged in the male die; one end of the ventilation path is connected with the ventilation pipe through the adapting nozzle; the other end of the ventilation path communicates with the female die; the male die is connected with the female die; the detaching ring is positioned at a negative angle structure molded surface of the titanium alloy part with the negative angle structure in the female die; a blank holder is arranged at the lower end of the male die.
