Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a pre-desliming beneficiation method for fine-disseminated molybdenum ores. The pre-desliming beneficiation method is capable of obtaining molybdenum sulfide concentrate having a molybdenum grade greater than 45% after the steps of (1) ore grinding, (2) sizing, (3) desliming, (4) molybdenum sulfide roughing, (5) primary re-grinding of molybdenum sulfide rough concentrate, (6) concentration of molybdenum sulfide rough concentrate, (7) secondary re-grinding and (8) concentration are orderly performed on crude ores. Compared with the prior art, the pre-desliming beneficiation method for fine-disseminated molybdenum ores aims at solving the problem that a method of pre-desliming after ore grinding and before flotation adopted for molybdenum sulfide ores containing a great quantity of minerals easily to be deslimed may affect pre-removal of slime of subsequent flotation while consuming a beneficiation agent; as a result, pressure on subsequent operation is greatly reduced and the dosage of the agent is reduced. The beneficiation method for the refractory molybdenum sulfide ores rich in minerals easily to be deslimed is convenient to control in production, and relatively low in subsequent operating cost and agent dosage.
