The making method of the protein beverage comprises the following steps that 1, auxiliary materials are taken to be mixed to be uniform and sheared; 2, peony seed oil is added into materials in the first step and sheared to achieve sufficient emulsification; 3, coconut milk is added into the second step, and shearing is performed continuously; 4, essence is added into materials in the third step; 5, the pH value is adjusted; 6, homogeneity is performed; 7, filling and sealing are performed and pasteurization is performed to obtain the protein beverage containing the peony seed oil. The peony seed oil is used as main feature raw materials, the obtained peony seed oil plant protein beverage is mainly used for supplementing alpha-linolenic acid, the coconut milk is added, the original flavor is kept, meanwhile, the special flavor of the peony seed oil is achieved, and the recommended amount standard for supplementing alpha-linolenic acid nutrients can be reached when a person takes 500 ml of the beverage every day. |
