Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a sesame clam steak. The method comprises the following steps: (1) evenly stirring pork paste, clam meat, onion and ginger; (2) adding salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and sugar for seasoning and continuing to stir for stand-by; (3) preparing the blended clam paste into clam steaks in the same size, and sprinkling cooked sesame for stand-by; (4) putting salad oil into a frying pan, heating the oil, adding the sesame clam steak, frying to a brown state, or placing the sesame clam steak into C hot oil of 100 to 120 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 3-5 min, fishing out, packaging with a plastic bag, and quick-freezing the sesame clam steak into a quick-frozen room. The sesame clam steak comprises, by weight, 60-100 parts of sesame, 400-600 parts of pork paste, 50-100 parts of clam meat, 30-50 parts of onion, 30-50 parts of ginger, and flavorings containing 2-7 parts of salt, 10-30 parts of soy sauce, 2-7 parts of monosodium glutamate and 1-3 parts of sugar. |
