The effective components are isopyrazam and polyoxin, the mass ratio between isopyrazam and polyoxin is 1:20-20:1, the preferred mass ratio between isopyrazam and polyoxin is 1:10-10:1, and the most preferred mass ratio is 1:5-5:1. The composition can be prepared into agriculturally permitted formulation, such as aqua, water dispersible granule or wettable powder. The composition has obvious synergism and safety, is suitable for controlling and preventing powdery mildew and banded sclerotial blight and the like of crops, and is especially suitable for controlling and preventing powdery mildew of vegetables, powdery mildew and banded sclerotial blight of cereal crops.
