The invention discloses an automatic mussel seed wrapping machine. An objective is to provide an automatic mussel seed wrapping machine which is low in manual cost, low in labor intensity, and high in manufacturing efficiency. The machine comprises a chassis, a first horizontal guide rail arranged on the chassis, a sliding table slidably arranged on the first horizontal guide rail, a sliding table advancing execution device used to move the sliding table, and a fabric spreading mechanism and an anti-locking step fabric pressing mechanism arranged above the sliding table. The upper surface of the sliding table is provided with a plurality of holding grooves which are parallel to the first horizontal guide rail. The chassis is provided with a plurality of sealing devices which are corresponding to the holding grooves in a one-to-one manner. The fabric spreading mechanism comprises a second horizontal guide rail vertical to the first horizontal guide rail, a carriage which is slidably arranged on the second horizontal guide rail, a carriage advancing execution device used to move the carriage, a fabric coiling block which is rotatably arranged on the carriage, and wrapping fabric coiled on the fabric coiling block.
