The cultivating and processing method of the special black tea comprises the following steps: (1) selecting clone improved varieties of the black tea, planting, fertilizing, trimming and picking to obtain fine and tender fresh leaves; (2) successively withering, rolling, fermenting, drying and roasting the fine and tender fresh leaves to obtain the special black tea.
