The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a network attached storage customer access location number parameter identifier, a service provider virtual local area network parameter identifier and a customer virtual local area network parameter identifier; selecting the network attached storage customer access location number parameter identifier to mark an optical line terminal corresponding to the account; selecting the customer virtual local area network parameter identifier to mark an Ethernet interface of an optical network unit corresponding to the account; and selecting the provider virtual local area network parameter identifier to mark a connection interface of the optical line terminal and the optical network unit corresponding to the account. The invention also discloses an account binding device.
