Service quality obtaining method and access server

The embodiment of the invention discloses a service quality obtaining method, which is applied to an access server. The access server is arranged between a client side and a service server. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a corresponding service quality session table according to a first message sent by the client side when the client side and the service server shake hands for the first time; updating the service quality session table according to a service quality parameter in a second message sent by the service server when the client side and the service server shake hands for the second time; and storing the updated service quality session table according to a third message sent by the client side when the client side and the service server shake hands for the third time, wherein the updated service quality session table is used for configuring a service quality parameter of an uplink message when the client side and the service server are interacted. The embodiment of the invention further discloses the access server.
