Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an intelligent flat copper wire winding machine, which comprises a pay-off rack, a horizontal shaping device, a vertical shaping device, a paper placement device, a shearing device, a winding device, a guide pulley, a traction device and a wire head clamping device, wherein the pay-off rack, the horizontal shaping device, the vertical shaping device, the paper placement device, the shearing device and the winding device are sequentially arranged in a straight line; the pay-off rack is used for placing a flat copper wire coil; the horizontal shaping device and the vertical shaping device are respectively used for straightening and shaping the flat copper wires in width and thickness directions; the paper placement device is used for putting insulating paper between turns of a coil; the winding device carries out winding through a hydraulic cylinder and a ratchet structure; and the shearing device is used for shearing the wire after winding is ended. According to the intelligent flat copper wire winding machine, a uniform control is carried out on the hydraulic cylinders of various components, so that integrated and intelligent control is achieved; the disadvantages in manual winding are overcome; the cost is reduced; the efficiency is improved; the stability and the reliability are improved; and the quality of the coil is improved.
