Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a cloud action learning teaching system and its operating method, the method comprising: providing a learning teaching platform by using a private cloud; allowing at least one system administrator, at least one teacher or a plurality of learning users to operate or use the learning teaching platform, so that the learning teaching platform acquires, edits or provides at least one piece of video/audio teaching material; finding and connecting at least one external cloud by using the learning teaching platform over the internet, the external cloud provides at least one external cloud resource; connecting and using the external cloud resources by using the learning teaching platform over the internet; selecting and using the external cloud resources according to the quantity of learning users to provide services for the teachers or learning users. The problem that system equipment resources are limited can be improved effectively.
