The invention discloses a transversely-arranged flexible pipe eddy torrent vibration experiment device. The transversely-arranged flexible pipe eddy torrent vibration experiment device comprises four testing pipes, a dragging vehicle used for pulling the testing pipes, and a measurement and control system. Two sides of the dragging vehicle are respectively provided with left and right dragging arms which can be put into a dragging pool. By means of universal joints, two ends of each testing pipe are fixed in two fixing holes and long strips in installation plates on the lower parts of the dragging arms, and one end of each testing pipe is provided with a tensioning mechanism. The measurement and control system comprises testing pipe tension sensors, testing pipe shearing force sensors, testing pipe strain sensors and a vehicle speed control device. The testing pipe tension sensors and the testing pipe shearing force sensors are respectively arranged on end parts of the testing pipes, and the testing pipe strain sensors are arranged on pipe walls of the testing pipes. The experiment device provided by the invention can solve the experiment problem of an eddy torrent vibration model under the plurality of pipes and can also simulate fluctuation of seawater, the experiment result is closer to the practical condition, and the practical value is high.
