Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an error-proof detection device and a batching system. The error-proof detection device comprises a roller conveyor line, a detection assembly, a weighing assembly and a main control board. The detection assembly comprises a support and a first position sensor, the support is fixed to a frame of the roller conveyor line, and the first position sensor is fixed to the support. The weighing assembly comprises an elevating device and a weight sensor, the elevating device is disposed below the roller conveyor line and also below the detection assembly, and the weight sensor is fixed to the elevating device. The first position sensor and the weight sensor are electrically connected with the main control board. The main control board determines the state of a material bag on a material basket according to the information fed back by the weight sensor, so as to prevent material waste due to a misoperation of an operator. The error-proof detection device helps to improve the reliability of the batching system.
