Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a process for regulating and controlling crystal forms of glass sand raw materials. The glass sand raw materials are added in from the top of a furnace along slopes of a hearth lining, the temperature in the furnace is controlled to be 600 DEG C to 800 DEG C, then the furnace is heated to 900 DEG C, and heat preservation is carried out; after heat preservation is finished, the furnace continues to be heated to 1200 DEG C to 1300 DEG C, and then heat preservation is carried out; and after heat preservation is finished, a cylinder control unit automatically opens a discharging outlet furnace door, and the raw materials quickly fall off from a discharging outlet and enter the next procedure. Equipment for regulating and controlling the crystal forms of the glass sand raw materials comprises a furnace body, a heat preservation layer, a refractory layer, si-mo bar heating bodies, the hearth lining, a control panel, the discharging outlet furnace door, the discharging opening, cylinder guiding rods and cylinders. The four faces of the hearth lining are all slopes, and the included angles between the slopes and the vertical plane are identical; the si-mo bar heating bodies are evenly distributed on the periphery of the outer portion of the hearth lining and arranged in the longitudinal direction; the furnace door is mounted at the discharging outlet, and the cylinder guiding rods and the cylinders are mounted on the furnace door, so that opening and closing of the furnace door are achieved. Energy consumption is lowered, automation is achieved, and the production cost is reduced. |
