Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a flue-gas treatment apparatus and an operating method thereof. A corrosion environment can be prevented from being formed in an exhaust flow path on the downstream side of a heat recovery device, and the temperature of heating media flowing in the heat recovery device can be stably maintained high. After a boiler is started and just ignited, all the heating media circulate towards a second heating media bypass pipeline; the heating media gradually flow into a heating media circulation pipeline when the inlet exhaust temperature of the heat recovery device rises; the heating media flowing in an outlet water supply piping circulate towards an inlet side of the heat recovery device through a first heating media bypass pipeline after the heating media flowing in an inlet water supply piping reach specified flow and the temperature of the heating media flowing in the inlet water supply piping is lower than the specified temperature, so that the temperature of the heating media flowing in the inlet water supply piping rises; and the outlet exhaust temperature of the heat recovery device is controlled when being higher than the specified temperature, so that the heating media do not pass the first heating media bypass pipeline.
